Book Grants to date

1. We built relationships with book publishers from all parts of North America. They gave us all of their “Remainders”, books that were left in their warehouses at the end of the business year. Through the generosity of our friends at Upstaging, a lighting and trucking company for the music industry, we would pick up these books, ship them to our warehouse, sort them and distribute them throughout the Chicago area.
2. We have worked with several community organizations and businesses to set up book drives, resulting in significant amounts of new and slightly used books being donated to us.

Over the ensuing years, we have donated books to over 150 schools in Chicago in the following annual quantities.
